《佛說無量壽經》
In comparing the 18th Vow and the 19th Vow, the 18th Vow is made at the discretion of Amitabha Buddha himself, while the 19th Vow is made for the sake of people who practice at their own discretion.
就第十八願跟第十九願來講， 第十八願是阿彌陀佛隨自意而發，第十九願是隨他意所發。
