Of Amitabha’s 48 Great Vows, the one on Name-recitation alone is most intimate. When we think of Amitabha Buddha, he thinks of us. If we exclusively recite Namo Amitabha Buddha, he is aware of every word.
弘誓多門四十八,
偏標念佛最為親;
人能念佛佛還念,
專心想佛佛知人。
Namo Amituofo!
