Master Huijing’s Short Dharma Teachings about Faith in Pure Land Buddhism

We recite Amitabha’s Name and aspire to be reborn in the Land of Bliss. At the same time, we advise other people to recite Amitabha’s Name and aspire to be reborn in the Land of Bliss. We practice the Pure Land teaching, and we can also propagate the Pure Land teaching. So, it is not just self-benefiting; but, benefiting others at the same time. In that way, both of us can be liberated from the sea of suffering of birth-and-death.
我們自己念佛、願生極樂世界,同時也勸別人念佛、願生極樂世界;自己修持淨土法門,也能夠弘揚淨土法門,這不僅是自利,同時能夠利他,彼此都能出離生死苦海。
