3. Their heavenly clothes become dirty and have a bad smell – their fresh, clean, bright heavenly clothes become dirty and their colors fade away.
4. Their bodies are dirty and have a bad smell – their natural, fragrant, clean bodies become dirty and smell bad.
5. Feeling uneasy and restlessly moving around – they feel uneasy when they are seated and move around restlessly, like a person who knows he will soon die. Heavenly beings must also die.
天人五衰
三是「天衣垢穢」,光潔常鮮的天衣已經褪色骯髒了。
四是「身體臭穢」,香潔自然的身體發了臭味。
五是「不樂本座」,感覺到位置不安穩了,坐立不安。就像人總有死的一天,即使生天也有死。
