The Five Kinds of Decay of Heavenly Beings
When the rewards of blessings come to their end, a heavenly being’s life will end, and he will collapse. There are five symptoms of decay in his body:
1. The flowers in his hat wither – the hat he wears, and the decorative flowers will gradually wither.
2. Sweating at the armpit – sweating in both armpits.

天人五衰
天人的福報盡了、壽命到了,要墮落下來時,首先會出現五種身上衰敗的現象。
一是「天冠花萎」,天人所戴的帽子、所裝飾的花,逐漸凋零枯萎。
二是「腋下流汗」,也就是雙腋會流汗。
