A human body is difficult to attain, but I have attained it.
Buddhist teachings are difficult to hear, but I have heard them.
If I am not delivered in this life,
In which lifetime do I expect to be delivered?
人身難得今已得,佛法難聞今已聞;
此身不向今生度,更向何生度此身?
