The bright Sun must set.
The full moon’s shape must change.
Glory and withering, prosperity and decline,
Are normal phenomena in our world.
The wind of impermanence
Comes without any designated time.
日中則昃，月盈則虧。
榮枯盛衰，世之常情。
無常之風，不擇時節。
